Manufactured with an isophtalic resin internal barrier and GRP bobbin wound external reinforcement according to UNE-EN13121 regulation.
Design of collector system, cylindrical length and connections according to requirements.

FILTER LAYER STRUCTURE:
- Chemical layer: Isophtalic gelcoat with neopentylglycol. Provides high resistance to salt water and sand abrasion.
- Internal Structural Layer: Woven roving fibers with isophtalic polyester resin. Ensures water tightness and provides mechanical strength.
- Reinforcement layer: Woven roving with high content of fiberglass. Gives high tensile strength to avoid tearing in those areas where the stresses are higher.
- Inner winding layer: 2.4 kg/km continuous fibers in longitudinal and circumferential direction to give the necessary rigidity. Opaque layer to avoid penetration of light and reduce possibility of microbial growth.
- Outer winding layer: Continuous fibers with isophtalic resin in both directions with high proportion of circumferential fibers in the direction of the vessel efforts.
- External Finish: Isophtalic polyester topcoat resistant to solar ultraviolet radiation. In light gray tinted to protect the lower layers of radiation and dirt.
